This is a great drink to make during those hot summer nights when fresh peaches are plentiful.
- 3 large fresh peaches (peeled, pitted and halved)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 cups crushed ice
- Place first 4 ingredients in an electric blender; process at high speed until smooth. Add ice, and process until slushy.
Wonderful! I froze my fresh peaches, so no ice was necessary. Perfect flavor and consistency. Peach sorbet at its finest. ��
I just made it. It has balance of alcohol, fruit and sugar. Perfect!!
Great fresh tasting daiquiri! I added an additional cup of ice to thicken up the consistency.
