Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey.
- 1⁄2 cantaloupe, diced and frozen
- 1⁄2 cup apricot nectar, bottled or canned
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup chopped ice
- banana, slice (to garnish)
- Place all ingredients in blender except banana.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with slice of banana.
