Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cantaloupe, diced and frozen
  • 12 cup apricot nectar, bottled or canned
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 12 cup chopped ice
  • banana, slice (to garnish)


  1. Place all ingredients in blender except banana.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with slice of banana.
