This lovely light summertime dessert was found on the Kraft Foods website. It really is cool and delicious
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 4 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 9 tablespoons Cool Whip
- Mix graham crumbs and butter, and press into an 8 inch pan.
- Mix yogurt, lemonade concentrate and Cool Whip. Pour on top of crumb crust.
- Freeze 4 hours.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a lemon sliver.
