This is the easiest way I have found to freeze corn. There is nothing in this recipe but corn.
- Bring pot of water to boil.
- Husk corn.
- Add corn to boiling water.
- When the water returns to a boil, time for 5 minute
- Remove corn and put in sink filled with cold water.
- When corn is cold remove from water.
- Cut corn off cobs and put corn in freezer bags.
- Suck out air with straw, seal bag and freeze.
