  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, baking in 9X13 pan.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
  5. Spread over crust; top with remaining whipped topping and peanuts.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a small ziploc bag.
  7. Snip off small corner and drizzle over cake.
  8. Freeze for 2-3 hours before cutting.
