- 1 1⁄2-2 cups ice cubes, crushed
- 3⁄4 cup espresso or 3⁄4 cup strong coffee
- 1⁄3 cup fat-free condensed milk, sweetened
- Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
This is a yummy recipe. Super easy with the right amount of creaminess & sweetness. I used whole milk condensed milk and increased the espresso a bit. A keeper. Thanks for sharing!
Lovely treat indeed. Simple to make and oh so tasty. This was delightful on this wonderful sunny afternoon. I will make it again and again but I'll make it with even stronger coffee. I used fat free evap milk and Splenda.
excellent!! Very good I enjoyed it more once I put it in the freezer to make it thicker. It was more like a shake.
