An easy dessert to make ahead and thaw slightly before serving.
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (3 ounce) package butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 1⁄2 cups vanilla ice cream
- Sprinkle first three ingredients in square cake dish.
- Save a few for the topping.
- Beat milk, pudding and ice cream.
- Place into dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
