A friend and I were searching for the "perfect" Frozen Bellini... this is what we came up with! Mmm! (You can add more vodka if you wish).
- 1⁄4 cup vodka
- 1⁄4 cup peach preserves (jam)
- 1 (14 ounce) can peach halves in syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients including juice from canned peaches in a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
