This is a cocktail from Cosmo magazine submitted by Guido Ortuno.

- 2 1⁄2 ounces sparkling wine
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce peach puree
- 1 ounce simple syrup, with a squeeze lemon (to make ( dissolve one part sugar to one part boiling water squeeze in lemon, then cool)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Blend all ingredients with ice.
- Garnish with a peach wedge.
These were nice, but very strong on the lemon juice. After tasting this I ended up doubling the other ingredients to take the edge off. It was quite nice after that. Yum! Thanks adena mangis! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
