Wow. Yum. I was having a ho-hum afternoon, and now thee is a big smile on my face. This is great! Based on LonghornMama's review I used slightly less milk and made up the difference with cool coffee as I like my coffee strong. I also took one sip and decided it would be pushed over the edge into amazing if I added a few teaspoons of chocolate pudding mix. Yep, I was right...frozen chocolate banana in a cup! I imagine cinnamon and nutmeg would be really nice also. Thanks so much for posting, this is such a guilt free afternoon treat! Made for Veg*n Swap #13, August 2009.people found this review Helpful. Really liked this. I make very strong coffee, almost sludge, but even so, this was not a strong coffee drink. Cool and creamy, great with a little cinnamon on top. I don't care for milk, so would probably prefer soymilk, just my own preference. Not very sweet, some may want to add a little sugar, honey, splenda, whatever.
