Yummy snack or great breakfast smoothie. Great for heartburn or nausea when you're pregnant! I got this off the babyfit website and just love it! Enjoy!
- 1 cup peach yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches or 1 cup canned peaches
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
