From cdkitchen.com. This is a delicious bread. Loved the frosting on it. You can always make 2 small loafs instead of one large loaf.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Chop peaches and stir into the butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove loaf from pan.
  8. Cool completely on wire rack.
  9. When cooled, spread glaze over it.

This is a very moist bread. I read the other reviews and the only changes i made was to add 1/2 tsp of apple pie spice, and a little of teh peach juice. I did not frost it, it is wonderful alone. I brought it to a brunch, and everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing!

This bread was so good I did not even add the frosting. I did make some changes though based on some other comments about the bread needing a little more flavor. I added 1 full tsp. cinnamon 2 cups sour cream, and I used the entire canned peaches(29 oz) chopped them up and used some of the liquid right in the bread mix. This bread came out amazing! My picky two year olds are eating it right now!

This was pretty good - I thought it was better the second day for sure. I am going to try and make it using the canned peaches from "Canned German Peach Pie Filling With Oatmeal Crunch Crust" as I thought the bread needed a bit more flavor. I also made mini loaves which I sent to my nieces and they liked it so it is kid friendly.
