Lots of sugar, but REALLY good. Doesn't harden like a glaze, but doesn't stay sticky either.
- 1⁄4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Mix together.
- Divide & add food coloring as necessary.
