      Loved, loved these cookies. Another new favorite for me from Boomie. These cookies are beautiful, soft, tender, crisp, full of flavor, encased in white icing. So good, quick and very easy to make. Let cool completely for a perfect icing finish. I served them with and without icing. They were enjoyed both ways. I actually made them for a Family Dinner Party for the children, after dinner when I went to serve them, they were almost all gone. It seems that the adults had been helping themselves to them all afternoon. Thank you France for sharing, a recipe that I will be making again this weekend...I have been craving them all week. Kudos on being my favorite cookie queen.
