If you like bananas, this is for you. Very moist and tasty! My daughter got this from a "Taste of Home" magazine.

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in the bananas.
  5. Spread into a greased sheet cake pan (15x10x1-inch).
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. I put a cream cheese frosting on this.
