Sweet cornbread with the consistency more like a fluffy moist cake as opposed to classic dry cornbread.

Directions

  1. Cream the margarine and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cornmeal and salt).
  4. Stir in milk until well combined.
  5. Pour in a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
