Similar to a clambake, but with shrimp. Don't cut back on the Old Bay, use the entire half cup called for.

  1. Place 3 quarts water into a large pot, add onions, garlic, Old Bay and salt to taste.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice into stock, then toss in lemon halves, bring to a boil.
  3. When boiling, add add potatoes and kelbasa, cover pot and reduce heat, simmer until potatoes are just tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Add corn, bring to medium-high and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in shrimp, let stand, covered, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve seafood, sausage and veggies in small bowls with lemon wedges and melted butter.

My kids and I love this dish. I've made it at least once a week this summer. I don't always add sausage (my kids don't care for it), but everything else stays the same. I would advise to use Old Bay shrimp boil. I've tried two other brands and we were coughing and hacking due to the boils having too much cayenne pepper. It was waaaay too spicy. Eating the shrimp cold and the rest warmed up the next day is still very tasty.
