- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin or 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- peel and chop the avocado, place in a medium bowl, then mash with a fork, stir in yogurt, lemon juice, and spice.
- Serve with cut up raw vegetables.
Such a cute name! I thought I'd try this because it uses plain yogurt instead of the usual sour cream/cream cheese/mayo. I did like the yogurt and I thought it was good, but needed some extra flavor. I added another 1/2 of an avocado, and some fresh minced aonion and garlic. That did the trick. Thanx for sharing!
