    Directions:

      Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil and preheat to its highest setting.

      Beat the egg with the milk and add the garlic, herbs, and seasoning. Cut the bread into two triangles to reflect the shape of the plates in your sandwich toaster. Pour the egg mixture into a shallow dish and place the bread in it to soak for a few minutes. Then turn the bread over and leave the other side to soak up the egg mixture for a few minutes. Repeat this process until all the egg has been absorbed.

      Carefully remove the bread and place the triangles in the sandwich toaster, close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes until golden. Serve immediately.
