"got this recipe from my mom and we usually make it as a side for parties/large group occasions. SUPER easy to make"

ingredients

• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small green pepper, chopped
• 1 small tomatoes, chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans (drained)
• 8 oz.grated cheddar cheese
• 8 ounces Fritos corn chips
• 1 sm.bottle Catalina dressing

directions

1. Mix all- add dressing right before serving.
