This recipe was given to me at a campout . My friend made this for the potluck. It was a hit all around.

  1. Drain canned corn. Dice peppers and green onion. Put in a large bowl and add mayonaise , you could increase this to 1 cup and cheese. Just before serving add the Fritos. The recipe calls for chili cheese Fritos.

I made this and loved it! I just crunched the chili corn chips up a little and put them on top of the mixture instead of mixing them in. I believe the fritos stay crunchier much longer this way...and leftovers are still tasty!
