This as a quick and easy sald that is great at picnics and potlucks.
- 20 ounces lettuce (two 10 oz bags)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 2⁄3 ounces Fritos corn chips, crushed
- 8 ounces ranch salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- Stir taco seasoning into salad dressing.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss with salald dressing and mix well; serve immediately.
