  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Let rest 1/2 hour.
  • Make meatballs.
  • Dust with flour; save flour.
  • Brown in oil.
  • Add remaining flour and cream.
  • Cook together until gravy forms.
  • Serve over parslied potatoes.
