This is a Danish meatball. They said it was in a very old cookbook. Serve over parslied potatoes.

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. Let rest 1/2 hour.
  3. Make meatballs.
  4. Dust with flour; save flour.
  5. Brown in oil.
  6. Add remaining flour and cream.
  7. Cook together until gravy forms.
  8. Serve over parslied potatoes.

This was easy and tasty. I added another 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper and thyme (personal preference). I will make this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for ZWT6.
