- 2 cups beans, Cooked
- 3 tablespoons lard or 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1⁄2 cup longhorn cheese, Grated
- Heat lard or bacon drippings in frying pan or saucepan.
- Add beans, mash and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Top with cheese and serve when melted.
- NOTE: this along with green chili and/or salsa is a great burrito filling.
