Soft and fluffy. I made this on the dough cycle, as I rarely ever bake any bread in the machine. This is delicious and my husband enjoyed it with his soup tonight.I am marveling at the moistness of this bread. Wonderful! Will be made many times.Thank you for the recipe.
I figured if this made a 1 pound loaf, I could double it for a 2 lb-er. Well, it didn't work, but the crust of this bread was SO scrumptious that this will be a keeper recipe for me. Next time I'll stick to a smaller loaf or bake in my oven. Also, I subbed a bit of the flour with ground flax.
This made a beautiful loaf in my breadmachine. I put it on the light crust setting and actually, forgot to reserve the potato water, so I used plain water. Very moist tender loaf. Thanks Heather
