  1. stir batter ingredients until batter is smooth- if it's too thick add water- otherwise add flour-I get it to where it kinda sticks to the fork.
  2. dip zucchini in batter, deep-fry in preheated oil (I set the stove on medium high) until batter is crispy serve with tzatziki!
  3. enjoy.

I also had to add water as it was too thick. The batter did not have enough flavor and I added garlic seasoning as well.

It definately needed more flavor, so I added some garlic powder to it. It was pretty good with some ranch. Once I finally got my batter the right consistency (by adding some water like suggested), I was out of zucchini! It was good and next time I make it I know it'll be better! Thanks for the recipe!

I had a HUGE zucchini that needed to be used, and this was one of 3 different side dish recipes that I tried with our supper one evening. I added garlic and onion powders to the batter, as I thought it might be a bit bland without any other seasoning. My husband was happy with this batter dipped fried zucchini.
