Another school recipe I use to love..Need to keep it somewhere like here because my paper is fading. I love this dipped in my Plum Sauce. I have never tried it but I suppose it could be baked in the oven as well. I prefer mine deep fried.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place a little of filling on each square of wontons. Damp edges with water and fold. Have one point in front of you and fold over to top point to make triangle, then fold over left and right edges. (looks like a little hat).
- Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy. Drain in paper towels. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
