This is a recipe I use from time to time. I thought if you can fry a whole turkey, why not the wings themselves.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 lbs turkey wings (tips removed, if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • oil (for frying)


  1. Season wings, refrigerate overnight.
  2. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry wings until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Really good! I didn't have time to refrigerate them overnight, so I dipped them in a scrambled egg before seasoning... Tastes great!

A tasty alternative to chicken wings, and the typical turkey! I wanted to find something different for I got it!
