This is a recipe I use from time to time. I thought if you can fry a whole turkey, why not the wings themselves.
- Season wings, refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry wings until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Really good! I didn't have time to refrigerate them overnight, so I dipped them in a scrambled egg before seasoning... Tastes great!
A tasty alternative to chicken wings, and the typical turkey! I wanted to find something different for Thanksgiving....now I got it!
