  1. Sprinkle the shark pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then coat with flour. In a skillet, heat the oil (test the oil temperature by dropping in a dab of flour and adjust the heat so the flour browns, not burn) and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Searched at the last minute for a shark recipe. This one was easy and delicious.

Just went with this recipe because it was quick and didn't require any marinating. Used bacon grease. OMG it turned out amazing! Perfectly seasoned, nicely browned (I did about 4 mins per side, med-med high heat for a 3/4 inch thick piece o' shark) and just moist and wonderful inside. Awesomeness!
