the shark ended up great it had the perfect amount of seasoning and was very tender as well as melted in your mouth it only took about 15 minutes to make and over all is a meal that will give you a run for your money

  1. Sprinkle the shark pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then coat with flour. In a skillet, heat the oil (test the oil temperature by dropping in a dab of flour and adjust the heat so the flour browns, not burn) and fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
