I made this when the only things I had in my fridge were salmon and Garlic.
- 1⁄2 garlic clove (diced)
- 1 salmon fillet (Cleaned and diced into strips about 1.5 inches in diameter)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.
- Add the salmon.
- Cook on 1 side for 15 seconds.
- Flip and cook for 15 seconds.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stir fry until unside of salmon is a light pink.
