We love fried rice with anything. My favorite teriyaki sauce to use in this recipe is Soy Vay, Island Teriyaki Sauce. It makes the fried rice taste like the rice from ShoGun!

  1. Cook white rice in microwave following directions on box.
  2. On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok.
  3. Add the onion.
  4. Stir fry until tender.
  5. Lower the heat to medium low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour your eggs on the other side of skillet and stir fry until scrambled.
  6. Now add the rice, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and blend it together well.
  7. Stir fry until thoroughly heated.
  8. Try adding some green onion for garnish if desired.
  9. Left over rice, or cold rice, works wonderfully!
