- 1 (3/4-1 ounce) envelope fried rice seasoning
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup peas
directions
- In a small bowl, gently whisk together seasoning mix and water and set aside. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Stir-fry onions in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add egg; cook and stir until scrambled.
- Add rice and peas. Stir-fry until heated through. Stir in seasoning mixture and stir-fry another 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
