  3. heat oil in skillet.
  4. fry till golden turning once.

I like how simple this recipe is, and it's pretty good for a basic recipe. The cajun seasoning definitely helps it out, but they were still a little bland. I'll experiment more in the seasoning department next time I make this. Thanks! :)
