  • Beat eggs and milk together until fluffy.
  • Mix in pepper.
  • Dip mushrooms into egg mixture.
  • Then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Fry mushrooms stirring occasionally until they are tender and batter is brown.
