My healthy version of fried potatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 -5 red potatoes
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 12 cup onion
  • 14 cup chicken dry rub seasonings
  • pam butter-flavored cooking spray


  1. Slice potatoes. Chop onions and mushrooms. Spray a thick coat of Pam into skillet and add potatoes, onions and mushrooms and fry. Occasionally spray potatoes so they do not stick or burn. When potatoes are tender add chicken rub to taste.
