Fried Maggi Noodles ( Subjected to Territorial Restrictions)

It is simple and can be made of everyday ingredients such as maggi noodles and chili sauce.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 10 g red onions (chopped)
  • 250 g chicken maggi noodles


  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add the onions.
  3. Put in the noodles.
  4. Add the powdered flavouring.
  5. Add the chilli sauce.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Seperate the noodles and make a circle in the wok.
  9. Add the egg and scramble it.
  10. Serve hot.

This is a really good recipe that I sometimes make for a quick lunch. My aunt in India made this for me lightly frying onions, french cut green beans and thinly sliced carrots in a little ghee and ground black pepper, and then added in the noodles, some water, and covered it to steam until the noodles softened. Sometimes I add eggs to it. This is a wonderful and spicy recipe. Thank you for sharing this with everyone.
