  1. These were some of the best eggs I've ever eaten. The onions gave them so much flavor and it's such a great way to switch up basic fried eggs!

  2. How can you go wrong marring fried onions and eggs, mmm. Served on a bun as an open face sandwich for a tasty lunch. Made with only one small change used Pam cooking spray instead of butter. Watching the cholesterol. Thanks for the post.

  3. Sweet&Savory variation equals perfect for one! I used extra virgin olive oil. 1/8 yellow onion and 2 large eggs for me, let the onions get well done. Salted eggs. Put on a sourdough English muffin, well toasted, with a little butter and generous Polaner jam-Grape is my favorite right now. One pan to clean and what a fantastic blend of flavors!

  4. I have made this for years. My Dad made it when I was growing up. It's great with toast and/or a side of home fries.. If you like onions, you will really enjoy this. I never knew this was an Ukrainian/Russian way to do eggs. Thank you for the info.

  5. Delicious Debbie, simply delicious. I love eggs and onions. I used sweet onions and browned the butter first. This made for a very tasty breakfast. Thanks for sharing. Made for What's on the Menu? Tag Game.
