This is from "The Best of Ukrainian Cuisine". I haven't tried it yet.
- Finely chop the onion. Brown it in the butter. Break fresh eggs over them. Sprinkle with salt. Fry.

Onions and eggs are such a great combo...I knew I would love this! Added some cracked black pepper, yummy!!
