    Cookgirl's Note:

I prepared BBQ sauce (Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce) for a Photo Tag/Fall Game recently and used it for inspiration in preparing this simple egg dish. A big thank you to Chef breezermom! Measurements are estimated. Perfect for a light and simple meal.

Easy and quick to prepare! The combo of sweet and zesty BBQ sauce with the peppery arugula was delightful. I had to use sharp orange cheddar, since I couldn't find the white. Thanks for sharing! Veggie Swap 44
