      Fried egg sandwiches are one of my husbands favorites. Instead of mayo my husband insisted on well buttered. A little bacon salt and pepper and his meal was complete and he was thrilled with it.

      Very simple breakfast sandwich! I skipped the oil and used cooking spray and also used low fat mayo. Thanks so much for posting!

      Oh absolutly!!!!! I add diced onion and jalapino cook it a couple of minutes, add scrambled egg and a slice of cheese, s & p, roll it up in a tortilla and out the door we go. Yummy in the tummy!! McDonald's doesn't have anything on us egg sandwich people.....LOL
