These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't add the mayo. It was a nice breakfast sandwich that we all enjoyed.

I really enjoyed this very filling and tasty sandwich for lunch - I cooked my bacon in the oven and fried the egg in a small frypan and used a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and toasted wholemeal/wholegrain bread, thank you Bay Laurel for posting, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
