This was quick, easy and had a great flavor (though I admit to not being a big Sandra Lee fan). I used the sugar and will try the honey next time. My only gripe was that the corn was a little spongy which I think was due to the fact that the recipe uses frozen corn. I'd love to try this with fresh or canned corn. Thanks!
