Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 pieces chicken (your choice)
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 12 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1 lb lard (or vegetable oil, if you insist)
  • 2 eggs, beated

Directions

  1. Put lard in skillet and heat.
  2. Mix bread crumbs and grated Ramano cheese.
  3. Rinse chicken parts and dip into beated egg.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in breading.
  5. Fry until dark brown on each side.
  6. Serve!
