I like cabbage and fixed this one evening for a side dish.
- Slice the cabbage and green pepper in thin strips.
- Melt butter in skillet then add the cabbage and green pepper, salt and pepper.
- Fry until wilted around 15 minutes.
Good and easy to make. I love fried cabbage.
