      Jorgydee, I can not thank you enough for this great and very healthy recipe for beets.
      Us, too, as much as we would like to include more beets in our diets, we could not eat them
      too often because they did not taste really too great. UNTIL...I came cross your "fried beets" recipe on Foods.com. We had them tonite as side dish and my husband and I, just adored it.
      We have enough left for tomorrow, I am sure they will taste just fine.
      The only thing different I made is I steam cooked my beets, they were small size so they did
      not take too long to cook them this way. I followed otherwise the recipe .
      I will make often the "fried beets" and thanks again for sharing it with us.

      This recipe couldn't be more simple, & doing up beets this way is a nice change of pace from what we usually have! And, since I DO love beets, I'll be keeping your recipe around! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
