- 59.14 ml oil
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 large green pepper (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 (907.18 g) can drained kidney beans
- 4.92 ml chili powder
- 4.92 ml Tabasco sauce
- 2.46 ml crumbled thyme
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 4.92 ml celery seed
- 226.79 g can tomato puree
- 118.29 ml chopped pimiento
directions
- Heat oil.
- Saute garlic,green pepper and onion till tender.
- Add 1 can beans.
- Fry beans while mashing them with a fork until thick.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook,stirring occasionally,until thick.

I live in East Texas in the country, basically the middle of nowhere.
