Make and share this Fried Bananas recipe from Food.com.
- 6 bananas
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash ginger
- butter or oil (for frying)
- Peel bananas.
- Fry until light golden brown.
- Add lemon juice, then sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
- Let simmer a few minutes and serve immediately.
Yummy. Served atop greek yoghurt for breakfast and we slurped this up in no time.
