  1. Heat the oil in a medium, non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the apples and lemon juice and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the apples, continue to cook until sauce is thickened, about 1 or 2 minutes, serve warm.

Fantastic. Goes great with pancakes or pork chops (so says my husband-I don't eat the chops) or as a stand-alone treat. I reduced the oil to 1 tsp.
