Almost just like Oma's. A really keeper.
Excellent batter coating that actually stayed together for me! I mixed all ingredients together to make the batter which worked out well. I did not make apple rings, making slices instead. I laid the fried apples on a plate and sprinkled with cinn/sugar mix. Wish I would have sprinkled both sides, as the apples were not that sweet.
These were very easy to make but my family didn't care for them while they were warm. I put them in a container over night and the next day everyone thought they were great right out of the fridge.
